We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of payment being confirmed.

• UK delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class (3–5 working days) or 1st Class (1–2 working days)
• International delivery: tracked international shipping — delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 working days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
• Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available
• Solo Molly is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control
